Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a team of passionate master trainers.

- Hiring passionate quality driven facilitators for all Virohan campuses PAN India

- Design quality training of facilitator programs focusing on facilitation and soft skills of the trainees.

- Planning and implementing customized training programs for all facilitators on a regular basis, making annual

and quarterly plans to achieve targets along with the Head of Academics.

- Doing classroom observations to evaluate facilitator's strengths and areas of improvement.

- To address these facilitation gaps in facilitators by creating customized "Facilitator Development Plans" and

conducting "Mentoring sessions".

- Designing and conducting leadership training for Head Facilitators.

An ideal candidate should have: (Skills)

- An ability to manage the full training cycle.

- 2+ years of experience in Academic/L&D Training Experience with learning management software.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational and leadership/team management skills.

- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.

- Proven work experience as in organisation development/academic development.

- A passion for education
