Job Description :

- We are looking for freshers business strategists that help in the planning, strategizing, and execution of business expansion plans of the organization. The job involves understanding the organization's goals and preparing practical strategies and carrying them out in fixed timelines. The job also entails analyzing the existing business strategies and practices.

- The professional would be required to identify the new opportunities in the market and develop innovative plans for deeper market penetration, retention of customers and other stakeholders, and meeting the long-term and short-term goals of the business. The candidate should be a team player as the work involves coordinating with various teams and guiding them to achieve the organization's goals. They would be responsible for expanding revenue sources for the organization.

- The right candidate would be someone with in-depth knowledge of the industries we are into. He/She should be well-informed of the technology trends, understand the industry (compliance, operations, and processes), should be able to provide in-depth analysis of new market opportunities, prepare plans, and work on the documentation and compliance processes.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Provide information about national and international business development, expansion, and marketing.

- Research on business and investment opportunities.

- Stay tuned with various industry trends to suggest new developments in the product and service offerings.

- Provide deep insights on national and international competitors, suggest best business practices, develop proposals and make recommendations.

- Research, advise, and revise the management policies and programs in international settings for improved business performance.

- Review market strategies for various stakeholders and evaluate all advertising and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

- Prepare go-to-market strategies and business plans in various industries - Analyze the market and develop quarterly forecasts for the market.

- Manage various businesses and assist teams to meet business objectives.

- Develop process and implement measures for improved reporting and business operations.

- Prepare plans and ensure compliance to finance procedures and industry policies. - Coordinate with the management team to ensure optimal results for all operations.

- Plan business operations and expansion in the new markets.

- Maintain effective communication with investors, government departments, 3rd party agencies.

- Maintain effective knowledge of all rules and regulations for various business operations.

- Adding new merchant partnerships and improving merchant relationships.
