Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieving top line and bottom line growth based on the annual budget. This is based on very close interaction with Viom’s Circle Sales teams and Circle Heads and also coordination with customer’s corporate functions like network planning.
2. Ensuring 100% collection on a month-to-month basis through collaboration with various other functions like Billing & Collections.
3. Develop relations with key customer personnel across all functions & keep track of account and competitor activities.
4. Finalization of contracts & addendums as per business needs in close coordination with Viom Legal team.
5. Anchoring operational review/governance meetings with customer at corporate level and ensuring internal follow up for identified Viom deliverables.
6. Traveling to Circles for meeting customers together with Circle Sales teams and taking part in operational review meetings.
7. Identify ways to reduce penalties so as to improve Viom’s P&L.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
1. Sound Business acumen from techno-commercial aspect of the IP industry.
2. Top notch skill in price & contracts negotiations.
3. Result / target driven
4. Effective Written / Verbal Communication and Presentation Skills. Ability to prepare business reports, presentations, customer proposals a must.
5. Cost and quality consciousness.
6. Ability to work in structured manner with multiple internal stakeholders.
Credentials and Experience:
Qualification - Engineer and or MBA
Work Experience - 12 to 15 years of relevant hands of experience
