ROLE SUMMARY

Position Name - Circle Head - Mumbai

Reports to - Regional Head – West

ROLE OBJECTIVE

- Responsible for the overall operations across all functions within the Circle as per the Circle AOP to ensure that the site roll out target is met, tenancy maximization and ratio is achieved, collection target is met and overall O&M delivery is met as per the SLAs to ensure customer delight. The incumbent will have the overall responsibility of the Circle Revenues and EBITA in his role as the Circle business head.

- Circle Billing & Collection

ROLE DESCRIPTION: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance:

- Prepare the Circle AOP comprising of the revenue budgets, EBITA and operating costs aligned with the Organizational objectives

- Monitor and review the overall progress vis-à-vis the Circle AOP and undertake action to ensure achievement of the same

- Plan strategy for maximizing tenancy ratio and number of tenancies in the Circle

- Plan ways to reduce Opex and Capex and display high focus in building best practices across Circle operations

- Ensure that the Circle related Collection target is met

Customer:

- Actively engage with the customers to understand their requirements and future growth plans

- Plan for business growth, by proactively assessing the customer (Operator Companies) requirements and their future growth plan in the Circle

- Engage with the customers and resolve all the escalated operational issues on regular basis

- Take initiative in developing “partner” relationships with key vendors and suppliers to monitor, sustain & improve all operations to ensure efficiency and improved customer service

Process:

- Periodically review the Circle Operations KPIs and ensure that the target for new site construction, site rollout, and site up gradation are achieved within the
- timelines

- Monitor and ensure that all the functional teams adhere to the defined SLAs & quality parameters proactively.

- Uptime

- Energy Costs

- Time to address fault / repair

- Tenancy maximization/ ratio

- Collection

- On time roll out adherence as per the quality standards

- Handle escalations and ensure the resolution is provided within defined SLAs

- Ensure Statutory compliance & facilitate audits

- Ensure adherence to the quality standards and processes laid down by respective functions

People:

- Educate & disseminate information about various updations in internal organization, policies and processes

- Ensure cross-functional coordination and conduct periodic review for resolving issues

- Manage performance and team working:

- Ensure each team member has KRA/goals defined and review their performance vis-à-vis their KRAs

- Mentor and coach the team members and conduct team meetings to share the process updates and discuss the performance of team

- Reward good performance of the team and ensure the team is motivated to achieve high performance

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Circle Revenue target

- Circle EBITA target

- No of sites acquired vis-à-vis the target

- % delay in site functioning caused due EMG issues

- No of new sites build vis-à-vis the target

- No of upgrade sites build vis-à-vis the target

- Number of sites unbilled

- % compliance to O&M SLAs:

- Infra Uptime

- Energy Costs

- Time to address fault / repair Time to address fault / repair

- Tenancy maximization/ ratio

- Collection – billed versus collection realized and ageing

- On time roll out adherence

- % reduction in Opex & Capex

- Number of QC non compliance cases

- % deviation in delivery cost per site
