Vinculum - Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst - Retail/eCommerce Industry

Job Description:

- In-depth domain knowledge of E-commerce, Marketplace and Retail

- Elicitation and Documentation of Business and Data Requirements.

- Responsible for doing the Requirements analysis, management and communication.

- Definition of Enterprise Information Requirements.

- Understands business processes, gathers and documents project requirements and translates them into functional and non-functional specifications for BI reports and applications.

- Coordination with Development Team on Requirements Mapping

- Identifies data quality issues and supports data governance initiatives by participating in necessary activities including data profiling.

- Participate in technical design sessions, working with technical resources, to provide insight during solution development

- Utilize a range of Analysis Techniques to elicit and present requirements towards solutions.

- Data migration & milestone delivery.

- Determine alternate solutions with risk analysis and identify opportunities to use technology to improve availability, and advance business initiatives.

- Perform gap analysis - Facilitate and Mediate analysis sessions with user community to map current business processes along with training business users.

JOB SPECIFICATION

- Preferring relevant experience of 2-3 Years for Business Analyst and 3-7 years for Sr. Business Analyst role.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Should have exp. in Translating and simplifying requirements, Requirements management and communication

- Preferably from Retail or E-Commerce background.

- Highly motivated and results oriented.

- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
