- Coordination with site teams for timely completion of all O&amp;M activities of about 250 to 300 MWp of Assets - Vendor development and contract management of all cleaning, titling &amp; vegetation abatement contractors - Budget monitoring and control - Client relationship management to resolve client issues in timely manner and Invoice submission and Collection of receivables from clients - Responsible for smooth takeover of new plants to be added - Coordination with OEMs for spare parts and services required for PM / BDM - Updating MIS, performance management to avoid LD/ penalty by clients - Training and development of resources reporting to him/ her - Liaison with authorities to obtain/ renew required approval during O&amp;M like CEIG, Water usage, mining dept etc - Responsible for implementation of QSHE standards and all required regulatory compliances - This role will be based at Gurgaon office of Vikram Solar with requirement of travel about 30% of time on monthly basis to site locations and /or client offices. Qualification - BE Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Experience preferably 5-10 years however 5 years also will do for good candidates, Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar ground mount projects. Knowledge of Electrical HT (33kV and above) systems, substations, Good at performance analysis, using excel and preferably Power BI tools. Troubleshooting of Inverters, SCB/ SMCB, transformers.
