Vigilance Lead

- Assist the CVO in his review of instances involving corruption, bribery, fraud and policy violations by internal employees referred by internal units and initiate or cause to be initiated independent Investigation of such matters. Policy violation instances may be included but not be limited to the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (AB&C), Employee lending and borrowing, etc.

- Facilitate review of investigation progress, reports by CVO to ensure issuance in a timely manner. Provide fraud metrics and internal case tracker to CVO on a monthly basis.

- Coordinate with the Compliance, Fraud Risk Management and Human Resources (HR) teams to obtain inputs relating to Mandatory Absence and Job Rotation Policies and provide significant updates on these matters.

- Coordinate with Human Resources to obtain details for Disciplinary Committee proceedings and consolidate updates on the punitive/disciplinary actions taken/proposed in these meetings. Analyze the inputs received from HR on actions taken/proposed and assist the CVO in providing suggestions or views, if any
