To build and scale this vertical from scratch, we are looking for a Product Head - Vidyashilp

Online Learning Initiatives

The Product Head reports to the Director of the Vidyashilp Education Group and oversees all aspects of the Online Learning Initiatives at Vidyashilp University, including budget, staff, and operations. This position will have complete P&L responsibility for the OLI division.

- Develop and implement a strategic plan,

- Continually evaluate and identify new opportunities for OLI based on the University's core strengths and external landscape

- Work closely with various faculty members, teams and departments at the University regarding online learning initiatives

- Catalyse new opportunities and collaboratively invigorate ongoing programs

- Develop new partner relationships with key Ed Tech players in Higher Education

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post graduate from a premier institute (IITs, IIMs etc.)

- 7+ years of experience, preferably 5+ years in product creation and management

- Prior experience in leadership roles driving strategic initiatives is a must

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Background in Ed-Tech or Education industry is preferred

- Track record of delivering results, particularly in establishing new products or businesses

- Self-motivated, hands-on, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
