Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Represent the university at various important platforms and events to build the brand across the South Region

- Relationship building with the School Counsellors and School Leaders to Organise engagement Initiatives with students and parents

- Formulating initiatives designed to attract high potential students for the University

- Conceptualizing and executing events like Principal and counsellor meet, open houses and mega promotional events.

- Responsible for student Admission Counselling and meeting enrolment objectives of the assigned geographic areas.

- Delivering interactive sessions across different schools and events for parents and students at various forums

- Providing application support to prospective students and applicants throughout the Admissions Cycle. Interacting with parents/guardians/students to guide them through the Application Process and help them understand their academic and non-academic options

- Responsible for handling key partners in the region for wider reach and analysing the quality of students from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile :

- The candidate should have had experience from a premier University in the capacity of Outreach/Admissions in the Undergraduate space.

- Should possess strong inter-personal skills and is empathetic.

- Must exhibit a high level of dedication to the role and the team

- Showcases managerial and leadership capabilities

- Should be keen to take up initiatives and have an orientation towards understanding the quality parameters laid down by the University

- Should adapt well in a start-up space and have an open mind towards innovation and problem solving.
