We intend to bring on board a Marketing and Outreach Manager for the University. This role is one of the first hires at the University.

Manager - Marketing and Outreach

Role Summary:

For the new University, Brand Building, Outreach and Marketing are critical functions. This role leads the brand building, outreach and marketing functions, and is responsible for the targeted student numbers through admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize and develop the outreach and marketing plan; collaborate with partners who may outline the brand positioning activities.

- Ensure high quality demand generation.

- Manage school outreach across the country; manage a team of admission counsellors.

- Act as the face of the University; communicate and disseminate the University brand to prospective students and parents.

- Handle all ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing activities pertaining to lead generation and admission.

- Conceptualise and build intellectual property of the University brand.

- Build and farm channel partnerships with various institutions.

- Effective management of the entire admission process, from the initial enquiry through to enrolment, creating a unique experience for the student.

- Work closely with the academic team and the Vice Chancellor to give on-the ground feedback about programs and courses.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA from a premier institute.

- About 8 to 12 years of experience; must have managed a similar function in a University (state-private or deemed) or a reputed autonomous institution/college.

Skills :

- Excellent communication skills.

- High ownership, entrepreneurial spirit.

- High acumen, with high attention to detail

- Ability to manage a team.

- Competence with both, conventional and digital approaches to outreach and marketing.

- Decisive and persuasive.
