2. Understand business requirements of various departments in detail and transition the same in effective digital solutions

3. Instill a culture of data driven decision making through ingrained use of systems and processes

4. Implement solutions after thorough consultations with end users, and ensure adoption and continued use

5. Improve upon usage of existing systems to enable delivery of better learning outcomes
