Open Position: CEO and Partner
Vidura Capital is an Investment Banking firm that has carved a niche for itself and has built its reputation as a reliable and a high-quality private equity, venture capital and M&A deal advisor. We have been retained by our clients for their successive deals on the basis of our performance.
We have been receiving multiple, in-bound, high quality deal opportunities but are not able to grab all the opportunities due to bandwidth constraints. We thus intend to add a senior member to the team. The senior member will be expected to go out and scout for deal opportunities by leveraging his/her network and network of the firm.
Responsibilities :
- Enhancing the number of clients served, Scale of the firm, Revenue and Profits earned.
- Deal Origination Responsibilities
- Deal Execution Responsibilities
- Revenue and Profit responsibilities
Qualifications - Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following skills, qualities and experience:

- Advanced financial, valuation and analytical skills coupled with strong attention to detail is a plus.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple deals in an efficient manner.
- Ideal age would be in the range of 30 to 40 years
Who should not apply:
1) Those with short term focus - Ideal candidate will have a minimum career horizon of 3 to 5 years with Vidura Capital.
2) No deal-making experience of any sort; deal-making is not restricted to only PE, VC and M&A.
3) No ability to understand Financial statements.
The opportunity is to leverage the brand of Vidura Capital, its team, its deal credentials and its network to propel oneself and the firm to a higher level. This is an opportunity with prospects to earn top financial rewards and comes with a quasi-entrepreneurial risk. Hence, there will be no fixed compensation. However, please note that Vidura Capital has been a profitable firm since inception and the incoming CEO/Partner will have access to share of profits.
Compensation will be a good share of Company profits based on measurable metrics of contribution.
