Location- Noida, Sector 62  The Business Intelligence & Process Manager will partner with cross-functional teams at Vidooly including tech, sales, operations & marketing, with the primary objective of enabling leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions that helps to grow at an organization level in multifold. The role will entail leading business planning and insights, strategic projects, taking ownership of both sales & financial MIS, optimizing process, to drive scalable revenue growth and operational effectiveness of the organization.  Responsibilities :  - Design and implementation of - MIS Reporting (both sales & accounting MIS)  - Work with cross-functional groups to improve performance & efficiency through automation   - Drive operational excellence in the organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business  - Annual Goal Setting - Revenue forecasting, account planning and tracking for the revenue function  - Ensure data accuracy in different reporting framework across Organization.  - Collaborating with Legal & other vendors to ensure compliance of all stakeholder reporting requirement.  - Support senior management in strategic, operational and financial planning and ensure decisions in line with the direct sales organization's approach  - Create and maintain key data sets and reporting to track and manage the performances of the sales teams. Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth.  - Improve Quality and efficiency for a set of service line/Services.  - Improve Transnational Quality and implement internal audit procedures  - Preparing financial models, revenue projections for the next round of venture financing  - Create monthly financials reports ensuring timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained  - Prepare a monthly/quarterly reporting plan that includes fully analyzed financial performance, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and dashboards and monitor the performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.  - Take the entire ownership of payments collection, maintaining growth metrics, MIS reporting, revenue analysis, investors relations, fund raising & company's financial direction.  Required Skills & Qualifications :  - The successful candidate should have done engineering/MBA (finance, OPS)/Finance or BS in finance/math- s/stats/ MS in Information Systems having a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Finance, Business Planning, Strategy and reporting in any technology or media startups.  - High tech practical understanding with good command in MS Excel, power point & other finance and Business Intelligence tools.  - Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.  - Demonstrated experience of successfully driving complex projects.  - Experience in business intelligence, process excellence in any startup or high growing company  - Must be proficient in finance modeling & reporting  - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with customer service, troubleshooting.
