Vidooly is looking for a Head - Data Insights to join our team based in Noida and become a senior leader within the Vidooly data team. You will be responsible for ensuring the Vidooly has high-quality data about the online video &amp; audience across platforms &amp; categories, and that delivers insightful reports to its customers. This role will provide outstanding strategic and operational leadership to develop, implement and evolve the Vidooly's data-led insights capability, and encourage adoption advanced data analytics and data science best practice across the Vidooly. This role would report directly to the co-founder/Director of the company. Key Responsibilities- 1. Build, maintain, and scale detailed reporting suites &amp; models 2. Provide day-to-day line management for the Data Insights team (comprising around 12 analysts, 15 research associates, and 4 Insights specialist), including setting out clear objectives, responsibilities &amp; performance standards 3. Manage the catalogue of Vidooly data insights features, and identify and articulate the new capabilities required to deliver advanced data insights 4. Develop and maintain business processes which allow the Vidooly to maximise the value of the analytics features that would provide more accurate insights to our customers 5. Analyze research data to find trends, patterns and differences in opinion among different audiences 6. Create insightful PowerPoint presentations and develop ways to visualize presentation data in visually engaging and easy to understand charts and graph 7. Give feedback &amp; support to the analysts &amp; insights team on day to day work 8. Ensure excellence in research and analysis following the best practices. Be comfortable in using various analytics tools and other digital techniques. 9. Assist our sales team in preparing reports and insights for client's pitch 10. Deliver the data projects &amp; reports on content consumption of different categories &amp; demography for ongoing customers &amp; new paying customers. 11. Own the delivery of insights projects, analyze data, identify trends, extract conclusions and present findings in a simple and clear manner 12. Work closely with tech &amp; product teams to get to compelling insights, and finally turn the insights into action. 13. Contribute to the development and publication of thought leadership pieces that provide internal and external clients with a POV on the media landscape Skills Requirements: 1. Someone who worked in the video platforms, media companies, advertising agencies, market research companies or in the field of direct and digital marketing, gained at a manager level within digital media, advertising agency or service industry with a similar domain would be our ideal profile for this role 2. Experience of driving efficiency and effectiveness in ways of working and managing and working collaboratively with in-house resources, suppliers, external agencies and third parties. 3. Experience of implementing new analytics capability and developing supporting processes 4. Knowledge of the digital media industry, video platforms, advertising industry and a demonstrable passion for the online video and digital media. 5. Minimum of 7-10 years work experience in media research, consumer insights, market research, digital strategy &amp; analytics 6. Operationally proficient with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver with clear results. 7. A strategic thinker, able to articulate a vision and goals and able to generate, or catalyse in others, innovative ideas and approaches and to translate these into practical realities in the short, medium and long term. 8. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across organisational boundaries, embrace change, work in matrix management arrangements and be deployed to different teams and projects to proactively make improvements to working practices. 9. Self-reliant, resilient and proactive. Able to manage self and others within a complex matrix environment with shared responsibilities across the Vidooly. 10. Good at primary, secondary quantitative &amp; qualitative research 11. Excellent in communication &amp; visual presentation 12. Perfect understanding of consumer insights on digital &amp; offline world. 13. Good at data &amp; numbers crunching. 14. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
