Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales
Job Description :
- Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through effective new business development and account management.
- Uses a consultative and solution selling approach to closing new business.
- Confident, structured and an incredibly passionate individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion.
Job Requirements :
- Hands on experience in B2B Sales in large corporates.
- Familiar with how SaaS or Web based products are sold.
- Solid experience in Solution-Selling.
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value-based software solutions across sectors.
- You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales of SaaS products from prospecting to closure.
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries. You will be expected to sell to a diverse set of clients. Understanding of industries - BFSI, Healthcare, Education, FMCG, Automobile, e-learning, Lifestyle etc.,
- Gathers in-depth knowledge of clients business, organisational structure, and business processes to drive sales.
- Build rapport with potential accounts, explaining existing and new capabilities, preparing detailed customized proposals and constantly engaging with them.
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships
- Analytical skills for analysing products, customers and market dynamics.
- Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month.
- Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets.
- Target Orientation, Passion & Entrepreneurial Ability.
Additional Skill set :
- Must be proficient in giving demos
- Understand client's operational issues
- Candidate should have experience selling to corporates/businesses in India and have a proven track record meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience & Education :
- At least 6 + years of experience in sales, marketing, product development or related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field. Relevant Business sales experience may be substituted.
- Strong background of revenue growth in related position within the industry.
Other Details :
Work Location : Noida
Work Hours : 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. (Mon to Fri, 5 days working)
