Looking for a self-motivated manager AD sales to join sales team, who have proven experience in Digital AD-Sales (Preferably Video AdTech Platform Sales). Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue monetization opportunities. Establish and grow relationships with decision makers / influencers with major clients and digital ad agencies. Monitor the Clients data, competitions, agencies & take corrective actions for improvement.
Given our competitive advantage of being an interactive video platform, sell solutions to the brand and open-up new ways for brands / ad agencies to reach out to their customers.
Job Requirements :
- Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of interactive advertising.
- Good experience of Video Ad Sales in TV, OTT and/or Digital Business Ecosystem in India.
- Strong understanding of the Internet media space, online advertising sales (instream and outstream).
- Complete understanding of the Programmatic Eco-System and Traditional Media Buying patterns across agencies.
- Highly networked individual across all levels in the agency, specifically with planners and buying heads.
- Good contacts with brands and an ability to influence decisions by way of producing clear roadmap and value proposition outside of the walled gardens.
- New Client acquisition translating to consistent achievement of revenue targets. Opening new categories and opportunities.
- Proactively contact customers- accounts, identify customer needs, present value-oriented product offering and subsequently generate a pipeline of short term and long - term opportunities that drive incremental growth.
- To build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue target on monthly & yearly basis.
- Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the supply side inventory is fully utilized.
- Tremendous motivation and a will to win is a key to this role given we are aiming to be a - must buy- in 2 quarters.
- Strong experience building and presenting ROI models.
- Consistently up skill industry knowledge and contribute to the competitive landscape mapping with on-ground insights across TV, Digital and Mobile mediums.
- Provides monthly updates detailing progress on the plan, that justify variances and indicate corrective action needed or taken.
Technical Skillset :
- Strong business ethics. Basic computer competency. Microsoft Excel, Office 365 and Outlook, SAP, and Salesforce CRM knowledge desired.
Additional Skillset :
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable creating and delivering presentations in person to colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Confident, structured and an incredibly passionate individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion.
- Aggressively chase sales targets and must have a track record of achieving targets.
Experience & Education :
- Must have 3 - 6 years of Digital Ads sales with specialization in videos.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field. Relevant Business sales experience may be substituted.
- Strong background of revenue growth in related position within the industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates having prior background to the Digital Video Eco-system.
- Should be tech savvy.

Work Location : Noida
Work Hours : 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. (Mon to Fri, 5 days working)
