As our Manager Marketing & Branding, you will be responsible for creating, planning and executing all Marketing & Brand-Building Strategies for Viceroy in all our existing and upcoming micro markets across MMR.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Strategy Management developing, implementing, monitoring & constantly evolving our brand strategy comprehensively across multiple platforms.

- Creative Development leading and managing the efforts of various internal and external stakeholders to evolve all our creative concepts, including but not limited to visual branding, consumer engagement, and product and experiential marketing efforts.

- Brand Communication formulating guidelines, systems & tools, developing relationships with and strategically interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure constant and consistent brand messaging across multiple communication platforms, including digital and traditional media.

- Consumer Insighting building strong, deep & wide consumer relationships, and constantly gathering various insights to improve our product & brand offerings and competitive position, and to holistically maximize consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

- Leading & Coaching managing, mentoring & motivating all creative & execution teams across our organization to excel in and remain tactically aligned with all our brand-building & marketing efforts.

You will also work hand-in-hand with our Senior Management team on both Marketing & Branding as well as general Business Strategy topics.

Core Requirement:

- Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a teammate.

- Work experience of 6 plus years, ideally in the Real Estate Industry or Consumer Products in a Central Marketing and/or Brand Building role

- Education at a top-tier university/college

- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically.

- Strong work ethic and discipline

- Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization
