Job Purpose:


A highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager responsible to develop, implement, track, and optimise Viceroy Properties Digital Marketing initiatives across all channels. Should have a strong grasp of current digital tools and strategies and be able to lead an integrated digital marketing role being the primary POC for the agency. This candidate will report to the Marketing head and work with the Marketing/ supporting teams (such as Design, Sales), and vendors on initiatives that are on time and on budget.


Job Description :


1. Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that supports the overall marketing goals and objectives to develop the annual and monthly Calendar of activities with the Marketing Head.


2. Develop strategies & tactics to get the word out about the company/ projects and drive qualified traffic to our websites and media channels.


3. Brainstorm new and creative growth avenues including customer, employee and community engagement initiatives. Also build brand specific collaborations and promote influencer association for the brands by working along with the BTL lead.


4. Plan, execute, monitor and report all digital marketing initiatives as per the Monthly Calendar, including SEO/ SEM, Social Media and understanding of Performance Advertising by ensuring complete integration with LMS, Meta, Google and all other partners.


5. Maintain and enhance our Social Media presence while also monitoring and analysing the effectiveness and engagement of Marketing Content.


6. Must have a refined sense of brand design and should be able to write basic content/ copy for Social Media in addition to all other types of internal and external communications.


7. Build website reach and impressions to boost brand awareness and visibility.


8. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).


9. Develop and manage website content and performance ensuring top SERP, higher website visits and longer time spent on the websites.


10. Optimise user funnels (Enquiry to Qualified Lead, Qualified Lead to Site Visit, Site Visit to Sales).


Skills required:


1. Ownership of the role, initiative - Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for digital marketing.


2. Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills with content development and planning abilities.


3. Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem solver.


4. An in-depth understanding of creative design, copy and web best practices/ guidelines.


5. Manage agency partners.


Qualifications and Mandates for the role:


1. Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.


2. 6 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing.


3. Strong knowledge of Web/ Display/ PPC/ SEO marketing, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels.


4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
