An exciting, pivotal role for a Masters/Graduate well versed in Loan Servicing, Lending Operations, and Performance Management. You will lead a team of competent professionals who are responsible for Loan Syndication Operations, Loan Origination, Termination Process, Deal Setup, Funding, Loan Servicing etc. LOCATION: Bangalore SHIFT: - US Shift (6.30 PM Onwards) YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER A leading, global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and asset management services. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Monitoring daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily task - Developing and enforcing sound policies and structure for the growth of the company - Creating a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the Loan Operations team - Monitoring and reporting shift/site shift performance - Reviewing of Procedures and assuring new processes are documented - Developing and implementing efficient and standardized workflows within the teams and doing performance appraisals for the team members THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE - 10+ years relevant experience in Team Management (Handling roughly about 60+ FTE's in Loan Servicing Process), Loan Syndication, Process Management, Stakeholder Management etc. - Knowledge of Loan Operations Activities which include booking, funding, accounting, reconciliation and closure of loan transactions etc - Strong leadership and team building/management skills with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate and deployment of team resources.
