- Overall 10-15 Years' experience with proven track record of setting strategic vision and deploying powerful yet inclusive cultural transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience around delivering ROI with a positive impact on employee wellbeing
- Extensive knowledge of employee experience, real time data management behavioral modification, and passion for wellbeing
- Excellent organizational, program management, and planning skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across ecosystem
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong internal and external networking
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and work through ambiguity
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem solving

- Lead the well-being strategy focused on all aspects of well-being - physical, mental, social, financial of our people
- Bring thought leadership, market intelligence (internal and external) and research in the area of workplace wellbeing and shape wellbeing priorities in alignment with new wellness architecture
- Translate proposed initiatives in physical, mental, social, financial well-being into executable programs, annual priorities and targets
- Work with India leadership to integrate wellbeing strategy into the larger business strategy, get necessary buy-in and funding support for the wellbeing strategy and programs
- Align existing initiatives currently being led by business or HR and execute new initiatives in partnership with vendors
- Manage budget and spend for the well-being programs
- Work closely with the HR Leadership team to execute the strategy and supporting programs
- Be accountable for measuring and tracking impact and effectiveness of the wellbeing programs
- Establish governance, ways of working and define operational cadence
- Relationship management with the vendor and monitor performance
- Venture into the area of 'New Ways of Working' (NWOW) - gather market intelligence and accordingly devise strategies for the firm
- Gather pulse from the floor regarding NWOW and implement initiatives
- Must have a forward-looking approach and accordingly strategize given the dynamic
