Our client is a Venture Capital fund that invests primarily in the consumer & technology space including cross border deals

Job Description

As a VP based in the Mumbai/Bangalore office, you will lead/support all stages of the transaction process. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

- Identify, analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities

- Manage transaction structuring, negotiations, and due diligence (both in-house and external)

- Review and work with portfolio companies, i.e. market trends, exit strategies, etc.

- Communicate analysis and recommendations in regular and ad-hoc research reports

- Work to continually develop your skills and knowledge in order to add new dimensions to your modelling and analysis and have the confidence to make recommendations

Qualifications

- 5-12 years of Venture Capital/ Operations experience

- Previous experience in the tech or consumer space is preferred

- Strong financial modelling skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
