Responsibilities:
- Monitoring all aspects of daily operations, including policy and procedure implementation and improvements, project planning, system oversight market benchmarking and resource management
- Oversee development and maintenance of state-specific compliance materials
- Direct the operations staff on implementing compliance related procedures
- Ensure Business Unit is compliant with client and GSE servicing guidelines
- Planning and facilitating annual vendor conference
- Oversight of vendor feedback sessions
- Develop and implement operational enhancements to address gaps in vendor management process
- Manage Vendor Escalations and Performance Issues
- Direct the development of service level reporting and scorecards
- Manage on-boarding process for customers; facilitate service agreement execution, operational readiness, and customer training
- Conduct customer visits to review performance and promote revenue expansion
- Create and manage control reports and track business unit performance against established service level agreements
- Provide frequent reports and presentations to management on business unit's status and areas for improvement
