Vice President/ Unit Head - Business Solutions & Technology Group (Retail Assets platform) for a Large Private Bank to be based at Mumbai.
Job Purpose
- Interface between business, technology and IT vendors for developing IT solutions for business needs.
Unit Head shall manage the teams performing any one or more of the following functions:
1. Project and Application Life Cycle Management
2. Application Product Support (Functional/ MIS or Data)
3. Business Continuity of various Operations Units across bank
4. Managing Master data which are not customer related which includes Global / User Management
5. Governance

7. Involved in IT system solutioning and integration and project management for delivering extensive aid to the teams on successful introduction and deployment of new requirements/ systems to meet the market trends, regulatory norms, compliance as well as bank's expectations
8. Able to demonstrate track record in performing software estimation, engineering and design, effort estimation, integration, testing and go-live support
9. Efficiently performed techno functional evaluation, solution architecture, scope management, securing administrative approvals, security approvals and ensured adherence to regulatory guidelines
10. Good working knowledge of the systems involved in the Asset Domain
- LOS (Loan Originating System)
- LMS (Loan Management System)
- SME Loan Origination for Working Capital, CTG, Agri, etc
- Mobile Journeys for customer acquisition
- Directing business and IT project portfolios, balancing resources, demand, opportunity, ROI and risk
11. Having a successful track record in managing program activities and assessment and reviews for the management and implementation of business solutions in organization's preset budgets and schedules, including the regulatory and compliance requirements which are time bound.
12. Ability to work together with different stakeholders in a Agile POD
Education and Experience:
1. 15-20 years' experience, in execution, strategic and planning across entire project lifecycle.
2. Banking/ Financial Expertise areas - Retail Assets - LOS / LMS / SME Loan Origination/ Workflow/ API, etc
3. Exposure to Project Management Tools
Project Management methodologies, SDLC (Planning, Feasibility Study, Requirements Analysis, Technical Architecture & Design, Development, Testing - UAT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support, Documentation), Process & Quality
