- Looking for a qualified CA with experience of handling treasury function group level for pan India.&nbsp; - The incumbent will manage treasury function- long &amp; short term funding, Debt Portfolio, Capital Market Instruments, FOREX Risk Management, credit control, foreign exchange management, economic &amp; industry comparisons, business MIS and reviews, strategic &amp; annual planning pertaining to the treasury function. - Will be responsible for developing trade finance strategy through opening/negotiation/payment of letters of credit (L/Cs), and scrutiny of documents under imports and exports.&nbsp; - Handling of funding against Bank guarantees, raising of funds against Buyer's credit, Suppliers- credit, Export Bill Discounting. - Should have experience in handling IPO or Mergers and Acquisitions. - Exposure of managing banking and treasury management for large manufacturing based conglomerates. - Should have an excellent understanding of banking norms, investor relations, and treasury.
