Vice President - Trade Surveillance & Monitoring - Asset Management Firm

Vice President Job opportunity in Mumbai for an experienced individual holding at least 10+ years of experience in Trade Surveillance & Monitoring in Asset management. Our client is looking for an individual having excellent understanding of the capital market and various asset classes like fixed income, equities, derivatives, securitized assets etc. with knowledge and expertise of working on Sentinel/Charles River/Aladdin/SimCorp Dimension with expert understanding of UCITS Regulations.

You will be Responsible For:

- Analysis & Interpretation of investment guidelines related to Equity, Fixed Income, BETA, ETF, Funds, Hedge Fund Portfolios & Derivatives.

- Writing logical compliance rules as directed by the client or the regulatory bodies (UCITS, 1940 Act, etc) into the Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, ThinkFolio.

- Evaluating the coding accuracy and follow up regarding the projects and the processes.

- Post-trade violation investigation & resolution

- Developing, coaching, inspiring and evaluating the team members.

The successful candidate:

- An MBA or a commerce graduate from leading B-schools with 10+ years of experience in asset class management & Portfolio Guidelines Coding/Monitoring.

- In-depth understanding of regulatory investment guidelines ERISA, UCITS, 1940 ACT, and of the portfolio management function.

- Hands on various trade compliance applications such as Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, ThinkFolio.
