Our client is a global bank and financial services with operations across the globe. As part of their India Operations, they are actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their Trade Regulatory Reporting team. This is a Vice President grade role, managing teams and extensive interaction with other businesses and senior management in the organization. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Responsible for all aspects of India Regulatory Reporting, Reconciliation and Compliance. - Work with internal teams such as Trade Support, Finance Teams, Control Teams etc. - Providing strategic support to business leaders. - Strong understanding of regulatory directives / changes impacting Trade Operations. - Good product understanding for Trade products like BG, LC, Bills discounted, PCFC etc. To be eligible for this role you will require: - At least 10+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services industry, preferably in Regulatory Reporting, Trade Finance Operations, Governance, Risk &amp; Control and Compliance. - A relevant qualification (MBA /CA) - Good understanding of NBFC regulatory Knowledge. - Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role - Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
