Areas of Operations - 

- Functional responsibility of Trade Decentralised Centre.

- Escalation/resolution of customer issues/complaints.

- Adherence to TAT norms.

- Customer calling and feedback.

- Liaison with RMs, Treasury and Customers regarding trade finance activities

- Promoting the Digital Initiatives of the Bank including TON.

- Any other operations time to time entrusted by higher authorities

- 5S implementation for the Branch.

Key Accountabilities - 

- Timely and appropriate escalation of issues and suggest probable solution

- Avoid Loss situation to the Bank

- Daily monitoring of Internal accounts

- Ensure immediate clearance of any pending entries in Nostro Recon Statements.

- Timely implementations of new process roll outs from BCU

- Provide work simplification / process streamlining inputs

- Complete control on Work flow / Applications handled

- Proper Record Maintenance / indexing for easy retrieval & warehousing

- Ensure Suspense, Receivables & Payables properly monitored

- Clean Audit Rating, Internal and External Audit criticisms and steps initiated to avoid recurrence

- Leave schedules and ensure no late comings / unauthorized absenteeism

- Proficiency in other non-system related banking activities including constant Update on the changes / developments across banking industry

- Training to new recruits

- Speed / effectiveness in resolution of customer complaints

- Timely reply to queries / clarifications raised on Notes Mail / Escalation of issues

- Carrying out any other Job assigned by the supervisor

- Effectiveness of controls & Timely MIS Reporting.

- Cost and Vendor management

- Cost and vendor management to ensure reduction.

- Strong control on late sitting in the unit and work for the better work-family life ratio

- Close monitoring of Inward tracker and ensuring proper, timely action and closure of cases

- Close monitoring of overdue Import bills and timely action as per bank's laid down process

- Close monitoring of LSS documents.

- Carrying out any other job assigned by the supervisor.

- FRFC key register and movement should be done strictly as per process only

- Password sharing process to be followed up strictly as per process only

- Monitoring of Trade Steam on daily basis and ensure that no case cross beyond two days

- BG confirmation stock register should be maintained and updated on daily basis

- Callback to be carried out on daily basis for all products and same should be printed and signed by TF in charge only. Callback seal is to be affixed on the face of all documents

- Ensure Generation, Checking and filing of Outstanding report for all products as per prescribed procedure.

- Proper receipt and filing of A2 forms and FEMA Declarations.

- Daily releasing of GR/SB Ensure that all columns should be properly filled and signed by customer, also ensure that foreign currency amount, INR equivalent amount, our bank ref. no. correspondent bank (nostro) details should be filled. GR/SB form should be complete in all respects before releasing

- FIRC's to be endorsed with the value of contract and balance if any should be clearly mentioned on the reverse of FIRC under seal & signature of TF in charge

- All product registers should be updated daily with all relevant details

- BRC nos/BOE control nos should be recorded in respective product registers

- Ensure daily before leaving the desk that all outstanding contracts should be kept in FRFC and same should be properly locked

- All the above activities/role is not exhaustive but only illustrative. Need to maintain balance between processes, guidelines, customer / business service, ensuring TATs.
