Skills Required :

- TPRM + Transformation and change management & change experience

- An experienced / tenured / proven Project manager that's been involved in transformation. (ideally prince 2 and Six sigma / green / black belt), with

- Strong understanding around Third party risk management operated/delivered through a centralised function.

- Involvement related to onboarding a vendor and RFP

- This is a key role, providing design and process change management across all Hub locations, the purpose of this role is to ensure that change is delivered in a structured, prioritised and controlled manner with impacts identified and understood.

- The role holder will own a change framework across the Hubs, which includes, BAU change, programme change and defect resolution, there will be a requirement to appropriately agree, prioritise, resource and fund changes.

- The role will be accountable for continuous improvement and transformation of the GTPM Hubs, including the identification and implementation of all continuous improvement initiatives.
