Third Party Risk management, Policy designing -Existing VPs only (for Vice President) Looking for : - Deep experience of third party risk management. In 1st or 2nd line. "Not I've onboarded a supplier!" They need to have been involved in a centralised function managing third party risk. They should have built the policy or framework or design. - 10+ years experience (relevant exp). - Must have worked in 1st or 2nd line in a third party management function. - Should have some experience of how a global service centre (centralised function) would support the management of third party risk. - Should have 10+ years experience in third party management. - They need a very deep understanding of one or more of our risk domains. I'm looking for a professional qualification and 10+ years experience. - Must have deep experience / professional qualification in 1 of our key risk domains; Business Continuity Management, Technology & Cyber Security, Exit Management, Data Risk, etc. - Should have regulatory experience (global or local). - They need to be a leader and be capable of managing a high performing team of subject matter experts. - Must be a dynamic, driven leader with experience of managing highly skilled colleagues. - They need to have managed assurance reviews or audits across a process or risk domain. - Must have had experience of performing an assurance review / audit, sharing insight, root cause and recommended actions. The purpose of this role is to assure the day to day operational activity, ensuring that it is completed to a high standard and in line with the TPM frameworks. As a result, the role holder will need to have a strong understanding of regional and global regulations associated to third party risk as well as the ability to interpret and assess the impact of changes to regulation or policy. The role holder will lead a virtual team of TPM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) distributed across 5 locations and be responsible for setting and executing a plan that assures the Hub and its management team of the compliance to agreed standards.
