Vice President - Transmission Line ( Tendering )

Tender/Estimation T&D:

- Lead the tendering and estimation team

- Identification/Selection of EPC business opportunities for Transmission & Distribution projects for bidding

- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like design team, engineering, commercial, supply chain and legal

- Prepare / guide in preparation of Bid and to coordinate for the risk review (as applicable) and hold periodic review of the bid to ensure compliance with customer enquiry and timely submission of bid to the Customer

- Co-ordinate transfer of all essential inputs / data / tender requirements to Construction Estimation Engineer for project costing.

- Play a Key role in developing strategy for Bid pricing and winning.

- Analyze success and failures in tendering including deducing price

Customer Connect:

- Customer networking & collect information on Customers requirements and future projects share responsibility in customer relationship building.

- Study the market trends, competitor portfolio analysis, latest technologies, joint venture, political, and social developments of various geographic locations and formulate the strategy for the team

- Ensure techno-commercial document is prepared as per the specifications and is submitted within specified timeframe

- Formulation of joint venture and formation of agreement with JV partners after finalizing scope of work
