Candidate will lead a team of highly qualified software developers/engineers using agile/SCRUM methodology. Maintain systems and establish processes that would enable the business to run effectively. Create, evangelize and execute on the system architecture. Participate as a leader to define and implement the vision for high-frequency trading systems. Continually improve and optimize the product development process. Help design and develop high frequency, ultra-low latency trading platform. Collaborate with external vendor resources, including help with the selection of trading products. Set and manage expectations, communicate and execute goals within timelines  2. Candidate should have 10+ years of experience developing software products and technologies and leading teams of technology developers and engineers. History of strong leadership and ability to maintain a collaborative culture. Previously managed, mentored, motivated and grew a mature and goal-driven engineering team. Should be a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field from a top-tier college.   - Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Comprehensive knowledge of.NET, C#, C++, Windows, Linux. Familiarity with financial and trading domain is useful but not required.   - Passionate about building world-class products, expect to be hands-on, with the ability and will to get into the details.
