Vice President - Technology & Operations - IT Infrastructure

- Masters in IT, engineering or Computer Science

- 20+ years of experience in a senior-level information technology position, with 10 in an executive level position, such as general manager or vice president

- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management

- Knowledge of information technology computer systems and software and the ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations

- Strategic planning and execution

- Leadership and change management skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal

- Ability to negotiate and defuse conflict

- Result-orientation
