Vice President - Technology - Machine Learning Operations - IT Captive

Position: VP Technology-Machine Learning Operations (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Spearhead initiatives in Machine Learning Operations and supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to drive technology innovation and performance & process optimization for our clients and customers

- Responsible for Delivering critical programs leveraging advanced MLOps techniques to excel customer experience, enhance operational efficiency and streamline operational processes

- Manage MLOps innovation and its innovative ways of working, develop technology plans supporting the use of advanced AI/ML and GenAI to drive the Company's competitiveness to improve business outcome in margin expansion and revenue growth and excellence in customer experience.

- Lead and grow high-performing teams of MLOps experts, fostering innovation and upskilling engineering into leading-edge AI, ML &MLOps professionals.

- Lead implementation and management of MLOps initiatives to deliver outcomes for strategic goals. Manage delivery timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, driving innovation to maximize the business value on margin expansion, revenue growth initiatives, and customer and client satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including Operations, Data Science, Architecture Innovation, Enterprise Information Technology, Product leadership, and Legal and Compliance and be a trusted Engineering partner to deliver technology commitments and innovative solutions

- Monitor and optimize MLOps solutions for efficiency, accuracy, traceability, and security, securing technology controls and response measures as needed. Track model KPIs and implement automated training where applicable.

- Stay current and leading edge with AI technology and industry trends to be on the leading edge of innovation.

Requirements:

- Ph. D or master's degree in computer science, or computer engineering, or related field

- 20+ yrs of hands-on experience in technology roles, including experience in Data & Software Engineering, delivery, and architecture/design

- Experience in driving SAFe Agile and/or DevSecOps adoption and in-depth cloud experience .

- Proficiency in AI ML Models, performance, scaling, optimization, and practical use of advanced Statistics.

- Excellent knowledge and experience of MLOps, AI/ML, GenAI and DevSecOps.

- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks

- Proficiency in algorithm development and knowledge of ML algorithms

- Experience in cloud computing and MLOps platforms such as Azure ML and MLFlow

- Proficiency in data engineering

- Experience in Natural Language Processing - NLP and Large Language Model - LLM.

- Strong mathematical and statistical background

- Good knowledge of AI security best practices, compliance, and responsible AI

- Prior Experience in managing diverse teams

- Prior Experience in global stakeholder management

- Experience in training and upskilling engineers in innovative technologies.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
