Strategist - Technology

We are looking for passionate techie, strictly Tie-1Engg. to join us as Vice President, Engineering role for our High Frequency trading operations to provide the vision, strategy, direction and leadership in the development and implementation of all global information technology infrastructure and systems

Role:

The ideal candidate

This position is critical in helping to drive overall process and technology efficiency and standardization across all the organisation.

Key Expectations:

The following are our expectations from the role:

- The Technology Head should do a competitive R&D of the marketplace, do the technical feasibility analysis and then create a product roadmap after accounting for a phased launch state.

- Must have a very hands-on engagement in the design, development, and deployment of the entire technology.

- Should look at the whole technology with an - engineering eye for detail- and ensure that the product is 360 degree complete with respect to things like user feedback integrations, analytics/metrics.

- Help answer fundamentals of technology blocks to be used, choice of certain platform/tech over other, helping team visualize product with the available resources and assets

- Creation of the MVP and successive versions thereafter along with detailed user stories, app specs, and wireframes.

- Successful execution of the company's business mission through development and deployment of the company's web/mobile presence.

- Proven work experience in driving technology platforms

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to juggle multiple business management techbological projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Excellent listening and presentation abilities

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
