Vice President - Technology The client is a business process transformation enterprise delivering comprehensive products and solutions driven by technology for the title insurance, mortgage, banking, cards & payments, and lender-placed insurance industry. Founded in 2001, it has a team of 3,000+ experienced professionals supporting its global footprint, including in the U.S. Position Objective 1. Own entire technical developmental aspects of Products and technology solutions in line with business Strategies 2. Own entire technical developmental aspects of Enterprise applications and continuously make them more valuable for the organization 3. Create a technology strategy and roadmap for the company 4. Manage and provide continuous Support and Maintenance to businesses and organization in line with product, solution and application strategy. Role: 1. Align the development functional roles with the Business to develop highly scalable and path-breaking technology products and solutions. 2. Set up the development, testing, and design documentation process and be accountable for timely execution, including third-party vendors as required. 3. Ensure software quality and best in class UI / UX through robust Architecture design coding and testing practices. 4. Drive the adoption of automated testing and certification. Enable automated deployment and lifecycle management across BFSI products, solutions and enterprise applications. 5. Refine and own the products, solutions, and enterprise applications Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Management processes and procedures for all the product lines, including third party vendors. 6. Ensure products, solutions and enterprise applications standards comply with all relevant security, compliance, and regulations. 7. Define and implement best practices within products, solutions and enterprise applications engineering process and AGILE methodologies. 8. Create and maintain transparency with stakeholder network (internal and external), ensuring strong process excellence and meet the required outcomes in a timely manner. 9. Continually assess market capabilities to ensure adoption of most relevant technology solutions for products, solutions and enterprise applications. 10. Act as a Technology and Architecture mentor to the team and stakeholders. 11. Responsible for Planning and Managing function Budget, adequate staffing and resource utilization. Essential Skills & Qualification: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputed institute. 2. Experience in building and managing the entire product life cycle in a multi-product environment in BFSI domain. 3. Has the ability to get to the root of problems and come up with a logical, practical and effective solution. 4. Experience in open source platforms, software and tools - and having made platform & architectural decisions. 5. Previous experience in building version, and subsequently leading their successful deployment & scale-up. 6. Strong Team leadership skills and stakeholder relationship management.
