Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive horizontal architecture and manage roadmaps for all reusable components across products.
- Foster cutting edge innovation by encouraging experimentation, R&D, forward innovation to showcase new POCs and provide tangible direction on successful prototypes
- Owner of shared teams that are horizontal in nature, such as QA, Devops, Support and UI/UX
- Support strategic customer specific engagements including web application development, APIs and custom tools
- Support corporate tools and intranet initiatives to implement/maintain applications
- Provide integration support via APIs, middleware interfaces, RPA to support inter-product and customer specific integrations to products
- Interface with internal/external customers and end users as needed
- Manage sales enablement activities during release cycles in addition to assisting sales and Ops teams with rapid prototyping and solutioning
Skills needed
- Prior hands on software engineering experience is required web and mobile development, API and experience with messaging architectures preferred
- Able to deconstruct large architecture problems into bite sized chunks and provide actionable solutions
- Communicate well to both to technical and business audience in a clear and concise way (both written and verbal)
- Has experience with managing a team of 100+ individuals both offshore and onshore
- Hands on experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus
Education and experience
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science from a reputed institute with 15+ years of experience
