Currently hiring for a corporate role for one of the leading ITES company. Responsibilities - Draft and implement tax accounting policies as per ASC 740 and local tax laws, for multiple legal entities, timely closure of tax related matters and reporting for quarterly and annual basis . - Identification and review of various uncertain tax positions, preparation / reviews of memos along with tax advisor or leads - Preparation of US Federal and State Tax returns along with advisors and support provision to return true-up procedures - Valuation of entities and business for internal restructures and estimation of tax liability on transfer - Coordination with various departments & auditors, India based and non-India based in relation to Financial / Statutory audits - Harmonize with other department to obtain significant information for consolidation - Cross train team members on various deliverables - Deferred tax assets and Liabilities and accounting for same in Local and US GAAP, including valuation allowance - Working with consultants and team, ensuring implementation of transfer pricing policies across the world and business optimization - Ensuring current policies and are in line with ground realities and updation/ discussion with tax advisors for changes in business models. - Simplification, digitization and operational improvements and implementations of digital tools and tax technologies. Minimum qualifications - CA/ CPA - Excellent written and verbal communication skill
