Talent Management & Development :
- Partner with business stakeholders to build human capital strategy/ plan for achievement of overall business goals and objectives
- Translate human capital strategy for identifying talent management requirements/ priorities
- Determine techniques for talent assessment based on familiarity psychometric tools, assessment centers etc.
- Design and maintain competency framework
- Assess talent potential and leadership capability by leveraging the competency framework and appropriate assessment techniques
- Leverage the capability gap information to identify talent development programs
- Build and modify talent development programs including succession planning, leadership development, career development, training etc.
- Oversee implementation of succession planning processes and talent pool development, identification of Hi pot's and creation of tangible career roadmaps with support from HRBPs
- Provide leadership, direction, and expertise to enable Senior Leaders to manage and develop a diverse talent pool
Performance Management :
- Establishing the performance management parameters relevant to business and individual context
- Drive the goal setting exercise across departments
- Oversee implementation of mid-year and annual performance process
- Closely track and monitor Performance Development Review (PDR) completion
- Drive performance rating and corresponding payouts using the bell curve model
- Manage 360 degree assessments for leadership team
Organizational Design & Effectiveness :
- Create the company's Strategic Organization Development plan to fulfill the professional and personal aspirations of employees
- Recommend and maintain an organization structure and staffing levels to accomplish Company goals and objectives
- Assess organizational effectiveness and develop strategies for its improvement
- Ensure alignment of human capital organization structure to strategic initiatives
- Play a pivotal role in spearheading the organizational restructuring effort of the company to improve operational and functional efficiency
- Design change processes to take organization through the organizational transformation and ensure engagement and continued building of employee morale
