The Role : - The Vice President for Leadership Development/ and Country Lead for India is a member of the Talent Development Management Team. This position reports into the Head of Talent Development based in Amsterdam. - This role will drive the global strategy and execution of leadership programs for business/people leaders and individual team members. He/she will work collaboratively to promote a learning culture, and ensure an integrated and holistic approach to Talent Development that is delivered through innovative and blended learning solutions. - Manage a global Leadership Development team and local Talent Development team based in India. - The digital learning agenda is a key priority and this person can really make an impact here, particularly around mobile tablet and gamification innovations. The Individual : - They should be a natural influencer and come with a can-do, high-energy attitude. We are looking for a track record in talent management and learning &amp; development positions. - Global experience is not essential but advantageous, however, the experience of working in more than one region is critical. - Ability to build credible relationships at all levels within an organization is essential.
