Roles & Responsibilities :
- Use trends & employee listening studies to create strategies to build a compelling employer brand.
- Managing campaigns across different platforms to create pride, trust, and inspire your existing & potential employees.
- Drive people initiatives & internal communication that resonate with current and potential employees.
- Create and manage people communities that drive the culture & brand image
- Develop customised content and thought leadership narratives for different target groups like Ivy league Campus hires to Niche tech hires
- Build employee-oriented culture with an employee first approach emphasizing on continues improvements, learning and high performance.
- Build strategy and brand voice for as an employer brand
- Create plan and strategy to improve employee experience at all stages
Requirement:
- 10-15 years of experience Post MBA
- Must have worked with large organization with additional experience at Large Startup
