Vice President - Talent Acquisition - IT/BFS
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the company's talent acquisition technology strategy, including the selection, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions.
- Manage and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other talent acquisition technology platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and hiring managers to understand their technology needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Configure and customize talent acquisition technology solutions to align with the company's recruiting processes and workflows, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices for data integrity, system security, and compliance within the talent acquisition technology stack.
- Provide training and support to recruiters, hiring managers, and other users on how to effectively use the technology platforms.
- Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of talent acquisition technology systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition technology, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
