Vice President - Talent Acquisition - (MBA Full Time) (18-26 yrs)

What You Will Do:

You will make your impact in the organization by supporting the recruiting program for the USI firm in the following ways:

- Recruitment. Should have done minimum 4000 Hiring in previous year

- Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth. Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs

- Managing personal assignments, technical/functional content, and practitioner resources for experienced hire recruiting activities

- Partner with the research teams, interacts with customers (business stakeholders/CTS team), analyze historical trends and MIS data to identify the talent acquisitions trends and gaps involving Talent Pool availability (from the market),

- Lead benchmarking initiatives within the team specific to the BU/ tech/ domain and recommend best in class practices for talent acquisition at a specific level

- Drive talent and business priorities and as defined by the corporate and business leaders and build metrics to ensure that recruiting is consistent with business goals

- Support the organization's Diversity/WIN initiatives

- Recruit new staff for specific functions, service areas based on approved plans and staffing projections

- Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement work plans to meet the needs of various practice areas

- Manage recruiting costs effectively

- Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, relationships, in-house sourcing team, etc.)

- Manage recruitment process

- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources

Managing Relationships - 

- Manage ongoing candidate relationship, all through the hiring life cycle

- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders

- Partner with the business and act as an advisor, creating synergy and agility of decision-making for adaptation of recruitment processes in accordance to business needs and realities

- Partner with Core Talent Services (CTS) Sourcing resources to utilize sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets

- To provide exemplary candidate experience

Analytics - 

- Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system

- Leveraging analytics for identifying and correcting lags within the current recruitment processes

- Utilizing analytics to identify new potential markets for sourcing of candidates

The team Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional's engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team,

you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

Required:

Education: MBA or Equivalent Degree -

Experience Required: 18 Years -

Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships 

- Strong communication skills - Team management 

- Ability to influence hiring managers talent decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice 

- Ability to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent priorities 

- Skilled at partnering/collaborating with extended teams to build effective sourcing- & assessment channels with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI

- Ability to put in place meaningful metrics which will help continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment and extended teams

- Deal with ambiguous situations with composure and professionalism and efficient resource management 

- Good knowledge of technology trends, compensation and benefits 

- Strong marketing, brand building and negotiation skills 

- Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy 

Location : Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 9 Am - 6 Pm
