Location: Pune

Reporting to: VP: Leadership Hiring ( IT's an IC role)

JD:

- 9+ years of proven experience in Leadership hiring in Technology space with Investment bank, IT MNC or Executive search.

- Extensive recruitment experience in Leadership Hiring, Industry Mapping and Head Hunting

- Develop hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose achievable plan.

- Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs

- Build and manage highest performing team

- Manage stakeholders including senior leaders and build strong relationships

- Manage and build vendor relationships and capability

- Ensure all positions are closed in time and within the budgeted cost
