JOB DESCRIPTION - - Drive the hiring and recruitment strategy for the organisation across location and geographies. - Establish robust processes and governances which are aligned to industry best practices. - Bring in automation to make hiring a seamless experience for candidates and business. - Evaluate and refine multiple sourcing channels to hire the best and maintain the source mix at an optimal cost. - Use alternative sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and social media. Utilize applicant tracking system, job boards, niche sites for requirement fulfilment. - Responsible for managing and maintaining key recruitment matrices and present them at defined intervals to the management. - Oversee and improve overall candidate hiring & onboarding experience. - Lead, mentor and scale up the talent acquisition team across locations. - Hiring within TAT & attract the best-in-class talent for the organization, across all levels. - Stakeholder management - understanding business needs and driving high levels of service and delivery - Responsible for review and revision of talent acquisition policies and procedures including recruitment TAT/SLA's/Cost. - Manage cost containment and cost savings initiatives impacting recruitment budgets. - Work with the marketing team to create employer branding for the organization for better market visibility and candidate pull. DESIRED PROFILE - - Graduate / Master's degree with Specialization in HR/management (preferred). - Overall 18 + years of experience with at least 12-15 years in talent acquisition role. - At least 4-5 years in a Leadership role in talent acquisition with reputed organizations. - Experience driving niche and strategic hiring preferably with KPO/BPOs, Captive units. - Should come with experience in the entire gamut of Operations, Support, Tech and Corporate roles. - Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on delivery. - Exposure in transforming the TA function would be an added advantage. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge thinking and influence change. - Hands-on knowledge of HR processes and recruitments to build recruitment efficiencies. - Experience in managing large teams and growing and motivating them.
