The MD and Executive Level Recruitment Lead role is part of the Talent Supply Chain organization under the HR Service Delivery of India.

- The MD and Exec Recruitment Lead is responsible for effective service delivery of all recruitment processes within to meet the agreed business hiring plan.

- MD and Exec Recruitment Lead will provide leadership and strategic recruitment guidance to the Recruitment delivery Organization and the Recruitment SS HR organization.

- The lead will drive synergies and standardisation in sourcing, recruitment process and capacity planning and holistically shape the hiring strategy in line with the business growth plan.

- Recruitment Lead will set critical set of processes of identifying and hiring the most qualified candidates for job positions, in the most timely and cost effective manner.

- The key process areas that recruitment covers are sourcing, candidate management and scouting.

- The Recruitment Lead has overall accountability for coordination, delivery, prioritization and escalation of recruitment business requirements, for meeting business objectives and delivering business outcomes/impact.

The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Lead can be broken down into the following process areas.

Interaction:

- Entity HR Service Delivery Lead, Entity Resource Pool S/D Lead, , Entity Client S/D Management Lead, Shared Services Lead, Global Total Rewards Lead, Hiring Managers

- Supervision-Sourcing Lead, Programs & Initiatives Lead, Scouting Lead, Recruiters

- Experience in leading and managing end-to-end Recruitment cycle Experience in delivering HR services to internal/ external clients.

- Experience in setting Service Level Agreement to deliver HR services.

- Experience in program management.

- Experience in coordinating with third party vendors.

- Good communication, negotiation and people management skills.
