Vice President - Supply Chain Management - SCM GLOBAL

Roles and Responsibility :

- Deep Experience managing complex supply chains

- Identify and implement supply chain strategies and develop ways to assess, measure, and improve operational performance.

- Develop advanced analytics and / or cognitive approaches to generate insights and improve supply chain performance.

- Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans, and coordinate activities across and between functions & stakeholders

- Prior experience in Handling end to end Supply Chain and operations implementation (preferably in electronics / complex hardware devices)

- Understanding & utilizing resources available to improve internal systems, policies & procedures.

- Design processes / systems for productivity, efficiency, and cost.

- Optimise P&L cost elements by automation, leakage reduction and building governance structures.

- Own supply chain OKRs to plan & implement key initiatives

MUST HAVE:

Experience : 10 to 15 yrs

Location : Bangalore (Currently WFH)

Qualification : B Tech + MBA

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals

- Exp in managing end to end Supply chain experience is mandatory.

- Diverse experience across start-ups & or established companies

- Excellent first principle thinking & ability to fundamentally find fresh solutions to difficult challenges - Structured problem solving, detail oriented and customer first attitude

- Strong quantitative reasoning ability with a robust fluency in data analysis

- Excellent communication skills & Networking skills

- High energy & strong resiliency & keen to travel.
