- Someone who has worked in this kind of sectors FMCG, Consumer Durable, Paints, Tyres and Apparel. Person should have been key part of supply chain and manufacturing operations team. - Should have exposure in working in the organization who have used TOC module. - Exposure of implementing to TOC and transitioning to TOC. - Manage transition of demand planning and supply chain planning for the company from SAP to TOC to ensure free grades for the sales channels our met and the person is able to impact top line and bottom line. - 5+ years of experience in managing Supply Chain with any product company using TOC model. - Analysing work flow, OTIF, planned order, Resource Optimization, Order loss, RCCP &amp; schedule customer order based on material availability, machine capacity &amp; Constraints. - Review the material and production lead time on a scheduled basis together with&nbsp;Sourcing, Production and Quality Control - Managing Warehouse facilities and Distribution operations to ensure availability of&nbsp;products to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner from both the central and branch, warehouses in accordance with optimal supply planning. - Managing Logistics - 3PL network, ensuring committed replenishment linked to the last mile delivery &amp; real time visibility through automation. - Developing demand and inventory policy through analysis of all supply chain factors. - Generating short/medium term net requirements and negotiating supply plan with&nbsp;international suppliers.
