Client :   Global Banking Titan with a strong analytics team based out of India.  Role :   This is a newly created senior leadership role for regulatory risk analytics professionals with strong experience in stress testing, loss forecasting, provisioning, building credit risk models.  Job Responsibilities :  1. You will lead the delivery of the PRA Concurrent Stress Test and provisioning.  2. You will establish and maintain team vision with strong leadership presence in analytics team.  3. You will collaborate with other Group functions Regional teams and CROs to ensure effective working relationships.  4. You will carry out leadership of a sizeable team of risk management professionals.  5. You will lead the day to day activities involved in the analytic processes.  6. You will assign tasks and roles effectively across the department.  7. You will ensure strong sense of urgency across the team in delivering to deadlines.   8. You will be a key member of the analytics leadership team.  Hard Skills Required :  1. You must have atleast 5 years experience in stress testing of secured unsecured retail portfolios.  2. You must have experience in Loss forecasting and provisioning.  3. You must have experience in credit risk or BASEL modeling.  4. You must have understanding of consumer lending products like credit cards personal loans.  Soft Skills Required :  1. You must have experience in leading a strong team of at least 20 senior professionals.  2.
