Stress Testing - VP Role - CITI Bank

Stress testing role. This is at a VP level.

Years of experience: 10 yrs+

Location: Nirlon Knowledge Park, Goregaon east, Mumbai

Budget: 45- 48 lacs p.a (fixed)

Role specs:

- Overall 10 yrs exp in wholesale banking, credit process, out of which 5yrs experience in wholesale credit Stress testing

- Good communication skills

Knowledge/Experience:

- Demonstrable assurance or stress testing experience, including 8-10 years in wholesale banking stress testing, internal audit or model risk reviews, loan review or quality assurance review function at an investment or large commercial bank

- Understanding of Wholesale Credit Stress Testing

- Understanding of risk management and controls frameworks related to wholesale lending credit risk management or another financial risk discipline

- Reasonable grasp of the markets and lending wholesale credit risk covered process, to evaluate findings within the Quality Assurance process, determine materiality and partnering with business and teams focusing on portfolio management

- Ideally, stress testing background, with experience on day-to-day credit functions associated with broader credit exposure stress testing or product stress testing

- Understanding of QA policies and procedures with the ability to execute change seamlessly

- Strong awareness and adherence to the control environment including Quality Assurance
