Vice President - Strategy - SaaS

Looking to hire VP strategy head for one of the fastest growing SaaS unicorn based out of India and serving global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop key growth drivers for the company, align company strategy with objectives and KRA for Bus and cascade down to Individual level and manage the operational execution of the business

- Strategy - Develop the long term growth strategies for the company to capture significant global market share

- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Act as a central program management unit to enhance cross-functional collaboration and communication and implementation of strategic initiatives

- Evaluate and implement tech tools to drive adoption and productivity gains

- Build consolidated business intelligence unit to provide a cockpit view of the business

- Automate Operational Metrics, Reporting & Insights into BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI etc to drive operational insights.

- Conduct business reviews to drive accountability

Qualifications

MBA plus 15-20 years of experience in tech companies with global exposure
